Student delegates will be accommodated in two separate boarding houses (one for boys and one for girls) and will be supervised by our staff. All bedding will be provided.
Adult delegates will be accommodated in a separate boarding house. Similarly, bedding will be provided. Males and females will be allocated different areas of the building.
All delegates must have valid personal medical insurance.
Schools visiting Australia should research and apply for the correct visas for all members of your delegation in good time before leaving the conference. Should you require a letter of invitation please CLICK HERE or contact [email protected]
Sunday 22 April is ‘arrival day’ and the conference will open formally on Monday morning with an opening ceremony. Registration will occur throughout the day on Sunday, along with activities and ‘getting to know you’ sessions in the afternoon.
Thursday 26 April is ‘departure day’ with all formalities concluded the night before. Please ensure that we have your arrival and departure details so we can provide transport to and from the school as needed.
Lunch and dinner will be available on Sunday 22nd, as will breakfast on departure day.
As previously communicated, there will be no pre or post conference offerings.
