Please complete the registration form below. An invoice will be forwarded to you to assist with your payment once your entry form has been received. Cost is $300 per team of eight members.  This will cover morning tea and lunch for students and staff, trophies, participation certificates, and administration costs.

Once you have completed the registration form and hit SUBMIT you will be redirected to the Q&A information page where you will find helpful details to assist you in your preparations for the Northern NSW da Vinci Decathlon.
